PSYCHOTHERAPY

I work with individual's ages 12 and up. I aim to provide a safe and welcoming environment, so you can explore any thought or emotions that might come up. Through specialized services such as EMDR, AF- EMDR, and Somatic Attachment Therapy, clients can find healing and growth in a way that works for them.

Attachment Focused EMDR

Utilizing EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) protocols and modified protocols, we can process the following faster than talk therapy. For example, Complex PTSD, abuse, sexual assault, phobias, relational trauma, and situational traumas to name a few.

Existential, Psychodynamic Therapy

As a former performer and educator, being creative is a part of who I am. Through the use of art, music, dream analysis, movies, archetypes and other spirituality, and Jungian interventions, we will bring to the surface and process aspects of yourself that you didn't know was there.

Parts Work

You might have heard of "Inner Child Work" or "Internal Family Systems." Both are names for working with parts of self. Through parts work we will integrate aspects of yourself that are getting in your way. This work is empowering, cathartic, and sometimes can actually be fun!

SUPERVISION

Currently providing supervision services for Associate MFT's or Associate MSW's in California. My goal is to help guide you through your journey of becoming a therapist, offering you the mentorship and experience you need to succeed.

Responsibilities

Asses and treat a full range of mental health issues.

Routine completion of required clinical documentation.

Weekly supervision and consulting.

Initial Assessment is $200.

Sessions are $180 per 50 minutes.

Couples Therapy

Initial Assessment is $250.

Sessions are $200 per 50 minutes.
